Returning Customer: I called the Air Experts at 8am, Dalton, service technician extraordinaire, arrived by 8:20am. My air was fixed within the hour and he made a discovery on his visit that saved me from a looming disaster. My AC drain line collapsed and was failing. He fixed that too and went the extra mile! He was awesome to work with, had a great disposition, and knew his stuff! Great company, fair prices, and expert techs!

John Rowland came out and checked my 3 units and did a great job. Very friendly and took plenty of time to discuss a couple of issues that I had with a couple of capacitors and showed me why they were going bad and needed to be replaced. No upsell. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

We just moved to Birmingham and needed a fair amount of work done on our multiple HVAC systems.  The Air Experts team was great to work with.  John Rowland led a team of polite, attentive folks who did a great job.  We will continue to use them and definitely would recommend to others!

Scheduling the HVAC inspection was quick and easy. Jennifer was lots of help. Brandon showed up as scheduled and explained all he was doing for the  inspection. It went well and he gave me a good summary of Air Experts’ maintenance plan. All in all, it was an excellent experience.

John Rowland ,was very professional and nice he cleaned condenser and  check the rest of the system to make sure everything else was working fine he also recommended it I should get a maintenance plan with them I did and it save me some  💰 😃 . I would recommend them to friends and family.

Kevin and Houston did a fantastic job of diagnosing and repairing my AC. The were timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I definitely recommend them.

I had a compressor freeze up on my hvac.  Kailin and Evan came to install a new unit.  They were efficient, nice to the dog and cat, careful on hard wood floors, answered all questions, no changes to price, made sure everything was working, careful around pool pump, and cleaned up any debris.  A very pleasant experience.

John was great. Came out at night after another company who installed the unit spent 6 hours replacing item after item. Fixed all their wiring issues and got the unit running and fixed the simple bad wire.
