This Privacy Policy explains how Air Experts Heating & Cooling, doing business as The Air Experts ("The Air Experts," "we," "us," or "our"), an Alabama heating and cooling contractor, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit theairexperts.net (the "Site") or contact us about heating and cooling services.

Do we sell or share your personal information?

If you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree that The Air Experts and its service providers may call and send text (SMS) messages to that number about your request, appointments, and service.

Cookies & tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies in three categories: necessary cookies (required for security and core Site functionality), analytics cookies (which help us understand Site usage and improve performance), and ad-measurement cookies (which help us measure whether our advertising leads to service requests). Payment security

We may offer financing through third-party lenders or financing partners, such as Wells Fargo and Service Finance Company. Their application links take you to the provider's own hosted website; your application is submitted to and processed by the provider under its own terms, privacy policy, and security controls. Payments for completed work are handled outside the Site.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Policy: responding to your request, completing and warrantying service, keeping the business, tax, and warranty records we need to keep, and resolving disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. The Air Experts serves customers in Alabama, and our forms are directed to Alabama residents. Alabama has not enacted a comprehensive consumer-privacy statute as of the last-updated date. If you are a California resident and interact with the Site, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the rights below.

Children's privacy
