About our services
The Air Experts provides residential and light-commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services across Birmingham, AL and the Alexander City area. Descriptions of services on the Site are for general information. The scope, price, and timing of any work are set out in a written estimate or agreement we provide after assessing your specific situation.
No binding quote; estimates
Any prices, savings, sizing guidance, or estimates shown on the Site — including amounts produced by any automated tool — are illustrative only and are not an offer or a binding quote. A binding quote is provided only in writing, by an authorized representative, after an in-person evaluation. We are not responsible for typographical errors or out-of-date information on the Site.
Promotions, coupons & financing
Promotional offers, coupons, and financing terms advertised on the Site are subject to the specific terms stated with each offer, cannot be combined unless we say so, and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time. Financing is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to their approval and terms. We do not guarantee approval.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Air Experts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
Liability cap
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of The Air Experts and its owners, employees, and agents arising out of or relating to your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100.00). Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty that applies to HVAC equipment or work we actually perform, which is governed by the separate written agreement and manufacturer warranties for that work; nor does it limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Air Experts and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Binding arbitration & class-action waiver

Except for small-claims matters and requests for injunctive relief, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, seated in Alabama, rather than in court.
You and The Air Experts agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the remainder of this section is void.
You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Changes to these terms
